Description: Vintage Wedgwood Blue Jasperware Sacrifice to Hymen Lg Framed Plaque 12" Here is a very beautiful and very scarce vintage Wedgwood blue jasperware framed "Sacrifice to Hymen" large plaque. The visible portion of the plaque measures about 11 1/2" by 7 1/2". Frame measures about 16 1/4" by 12 1/4". Plaque is in excellent condition with no visible chips or cracks. (I don't want to rip apart the nice framing to see edges.) There are a few craze type lines to cherubs. There are a few minimal tiny dark specks. Marked on back side "Wedgwood Made in England". The frame is in excellent condition overall with just a few surface marks from handling/storage. A great-looking piece. Please see photos.
