Description: Vintage WWII Leather Bifold Photo Case, Sweetheart Photo, Child, and Prayer Card. The photos are hand colored, probably proofs based on the detailed instructions on the back. The prayer card was from the soldier's mother and was tucked behind the picture of his wife. This was part of a fairly large estate that we purchased and I have other personal WWII items from the same soldier, so I do have a bit of family history. The photo case measures 5" high and is 4" wide. It has a very nice patina. Most of the items that I sell are antique or vintage as as such they do show signs of patina, use, and age. That only adds to the character that so many collectors desire. If there are any major issues or defects, I try to describe them to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible.
