Still on original card with price tag like NOS (New, Old Stock). There are 5 brick shaped rhinestones surrounding a round rhinestone in center. Each rhinestone is prong set into a gold tone frame. Backs are gold tone, as well. Weiss is signed on backs. Composed of nonferrous metal. Weiss Jewelry made high quality costume jewelry. Albert Weiss started up his jewelry business in 1942.
