The shirt has never been worn, was just removed from its original plastic bag (for photos), and is considered deadstock since its decades old and still brand new. It is solid white in color with clear buttons. The shirt has a spread collar, is button front, has one chest pocket, is long sleeve, is sanforized plus, and is a polyester- cotton blend. It is USA Union made. The size stamp reads size 16-34 (similar to a Mens Large), and exact measurements are provided. The shirt has a couple small issues including a light orange stain around the top collar button and has some tiny pinholes from where the straight pins held it folded for decades in the bag.
