Full gathered skirt with a fit and flare style. Pretty sweetheart neckline with an off shoulder effect. Bodice is lightly boned. Zipper down the back. The lining is beautifully done and the bottom hem is finished with tape to help it stand out more along with tulle netting for extra poof. BEAUTIFULLY MADE! Made in the USA. ILGWU union label. Dry Clean Only. It's a size 4 or Small according to the measurements. See measurements for more information.
