The unit powers on enough to light up but the tape spindles don't spin and a tape doesn't play on it. Not sure what kind of servicing it needs. Physically, it has some scuffs and scratches scattered about. Will come as shown, so please see photos! MEASUREMENTS: Whole piece measures approximately 15 3/8" wide, 12 3/4" front-to-back, and 6" tall at furthest points with the lid on. SHIPPING: Calculated.
