Made in Japan but imported to Springfield, Massachusetts, this lighter has a sleek plain brushed stainless steel look. (Definitely not stainless steel though if you review the photos...) There is some wear & tear to this, however, it has been cleaned & prepped for immediate use! (Aside from needing some lighter fluid.) The lip of the lid is a little askew and one side of the lighter is scratched up exposing the base metal.
