Description: "A-LEE-SAM" $64.99 This accessory from Alisam, "A-LEE-SAM', is an indexing plate and pin only. NOT the complete system as it does NOT include the vertical indexing bar or jam nut. For use on most* any wood lathe with 1", 33mm, 34mm, (Oneway lathes), 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" spindles that can accept a 10" disc above the ways! The plate is a 10 inch, laser engraved, anodized, 1/8" nominal thickness ALUMINUM plate with a center ID of your choice above. The plate has four concentric rows of indexing holes. The plates have 2 1/2°, 3°, 4° and 22 1/2° indexing positions, (except the 1 Way and 33mm models only available with 3°, 4° and 5° hole positions for now). This allows the user to adjust for most any position around the circumference of your turning! Secure the plate to the spindle with your lathe's chuck or faceplate, (or jam nut available at most hardware stores). You may also configure your own "outboard" set up of your own design, (see 2nd and 3rd pics of one of our customers setups for routing flutes on his turnings, AS EXAMPLES ONLY, LATHE OR SET UP NOT INCLUDED)!
