Description: Premium Edition MD 2.0 Competition Chassis The Master Drift 2.0 was one of the most cutting-edge, revolutionary, and most fully-loaded drift chassis to come out of Japan. Now, Team Yokomo has reached elevated heights by designing this limited edition color version of the drift machine that was built by polishing each part one by one. With this limited edition kit, you can choose to personalize your drift chassis with the main aluminum parts coming in color options such as purple, red, or the nostalgic blue that was specially crafted with early drifters in mind. About the MD 2.0 Aluminum Hop-Ups This limited edition kit offers personalization through polished parts that are finished with brightly colored anodized aluminum, which contrasts the chic matte graphite parts. The attention grabbing front and rear bulkheads and shock towers assert their identity and further enhance the sense of ownership by offering these color options that are sure to turn heads. Chassis and Handling The Yokomo MD 2.0 boasts a multitude of attributes that lock it in as a formidable chassis with supreme drifting prowess. It offers a fully adjustable Ackermann ratio, enabling drivers to fine-tune their steering performance by moving the slide rack forward and backward. The bearing-mounted upper deck allows torsional chassis flex while maintaining vertical stiffness, ensuring smoother handling and better traction. The floating battery holder is attached directly to the rear bulkhead and is designed to transfer the battery weight directly to the rear axle which generates rear traction. To complete this exceptional package, the chassis features differential height adjustments, providing the flexibility needed to achieve the perfect balance. Updated Steering The steering servo has been relocated to the battery position, resulting in an ideal 3:7 weight balance. The front steering block is equipped with an inline axle, and the position of the steering stopper has been revised to maximize the steering angles and dial in the perfect slide around those corners. The front suspension arm, previously a hanging type, has been redesigned to mount directly to the main chassis. This increases the rigidity of the front while enabling a sharper ride.
