Zeiss Dialyt 7x42B T*P* Made in Germany

Description: I bought these quite a few years ago from an older gentleman in Germany. I paid $1000 plus shipping. They were virtually mint AND made in Germany.....NOT West Germany. Germany made 7x42's were manufactured later than the earlier West German version. Some feel or speculate the coatings were a bit better even though they may have had the same designations. Even though the binoculars were indeed virtually mint I decided to send them to Zeiss in Germany to inspect, clean the optics, check culmination and lubricate. Several weeks later they came back and looked even better. They included two extra eye cups for spares if ever needed. I've only taken these outside once looking at birds in my back yard. They are simply AMAZING with a HUGE field of view and VERY fine resolution. They are a TRUE CLASSIC. I don't want to sell them but I'm relocating in the near future and selling almost everything I have. Remember NEVER wipe or polish optical glass...a VERY soft brush or bulb blower, or something like the old Dust Off in a can, but never use a cloth, q-tips or cleaning solutions it could damage the coating and scratch the glass.
